Inner Rhythms, the Steps In Time Dance Company, was formed in 1991.

The company consists of five levels: Elites, Seniors, Juniors, Petites and Minis.

​

The company was formed to accommodate the more advanced student, and was created to allow for more performance opportunities - their own benefit concert, community outreach, and multiple competitions.

​

Inner Rhythms, being an advanced company, is membership by invitation only.  All prospective members will be judged on the following:

• Talent

• Maturity

• Showmanship

• Ability to dance well with others

• Commitment to hard work

• Strong dance base (especially in Ballet & Tap)

• Extensive history of dance training
